Your voucher code should be provided to you by the deal site where you made the purchase. You'll use this code when placing your order. You may only use one voucher per order. Promotional value cannot be combined with other offers.
The voucher code will be entered at checkout in the coupon section under Promotion Codes. Please be sure to not include any extra spaces or characters before or after the code.
When you enter your code you will see beneath the coupon section a message indicated your coupon has been added to the order or acceptance with the discounts applied. You will need to verify under the Basket Contents that the coupon was applied and the total has been updated. Your code will be displayed. If you are still not showing discounts, please contact customer service by phone at (858) 679-1200.

If you aren’t sold on the collage option or don’t have other photos to use, and don’t want an art gallery image, we have a large selection of smaller products to try your photo on including tote bags, pillows, woodgrain prints, cutting boards and more!
Orders usually ship within 3-7 business days. Depending on when the order is placed and type of product purchased, it could ship even sooner. However, during peak season, it could take 7-12 business days to ship out. Peak season is from October – December for the holiday season and then again surrounding other volume-generating events like Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way to you along with a tracking number.
Depending on the number of items you ordered, you may receive multiple packages that could be delivered at different times. We strive to ship all items in a single package when possible, but due to the nature of producing our various items it is sometimes best to ship products separately.
