What makes your pictures on canvas such high quality?

Because we only use the highest quality products, equipment and inks you will find our work to be of the highest caliber.  We print your picture using Epson's newest K3 inks on 100% acid-free archival quality canvas. Our canvas is manufactured by Breathing Color and will last for decades. Our canvas is protected with a topcoat to protect your treasure and offers increased water-resistance and light fastness (resistance to fading).

What's the difference between "stretched" and "gallery wrapped" canvas?

Stretched means that the printed canvas photo is stretched over wooden framer bars and is meant to be mounted in an outside frame of your choice. Gallery wrapped means that the printing on the canvas extends around the sides of the stretcher bars. This means you can hang the print as is without the need for an outside frame.

I am having trouble uploading my image, is there anything else I can try?

If you are experiencing difficulties uploading your image please try the following:

  • Try an alternate image to see if your original image has compatibility issues with our website. Files that are less than 500KB or more than 15MB will not upload to our website.
    Image Upload Requirements: JPG format; under 15MB in size; sRGB profile format
  • Try an alternate Border Style (Thin/Thick Canvas only). The Gallery Wrap option will wrap a portion of your image around all four sides of your canvas. Color-pull & Monochrome border styles allow your image to remain on the front of your canvas.

  • You may experience difficulties cropping your image if you are using a laptop touch pad or any touch screen device. To resolve this, plug a mouse into your USB port, or try again using a desktop computer.

Can you enhance or repair my photo?

Yes we can. We offer everything from touch ups, object removal, and even photo restoration. When creating your print, you will be given a number of enhancement options before completing your purchase. You can choose any of these and our team of expert designers will make sure your photo looks beautiful before printing.

Are there any restrictions on the types of images that can be printed?

For all images provided, the following content is not permitted:

  • No text or images that infringe on any intellectual property rights including, but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and rights of privacy/publicity
  • No text or images of obscenity, pornography or nudity that is not artistic in nature
  • No text or images that encourage or glorify drug use/abuse
  • No excessive violence
  • No content that is libelous or defamatory
  • No content that can reasonably be viewed as harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful
  • No hate speech
  • No content that can reasonably be viewed as discriminatory based upon race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, or disability
  • No content that violates or encourages anyone else to violate any law

Can I see a proof of my order before it gets printed?

Electronic proofs are available for an additional $10 each product.
Sometimes you really want to see it before it goes to print. No problem. We will supply you with an electronic rendition of your final product. Please allow 1-3 days for this process. Once you approve the proof, we will send it to print. If you're just not sure how to size your image, please see our guidelines.

Can my photograph be enlarged to any size?

There are limitations on how much a photo can be enlarged before the quality becomes unacceptable. We let you know the quality of your print using our 'Print Quality Meter' during the print build process. If you aren't sure if any image will work at a specific size, upload it and try it out. Our builder will tell you if its too small.

What is the best file format, resolution, and image size to send?

JPG format using the standard sRGB color profile are best. If you don't know how to check your color profile, don't worry. Most images are defaulted to sRGB unless manually changed in Adobe Photoshop or other similar photo editing program.

What do I need to do if my picture was taken by a professional photographer?

Because of copyright laws you need to make sure you have exclusive rights to the photo(s) or have obtained a release from the photographer or studio that originally took the picture. Per our terms & conditions, all purchases agree that they have permission to print the image they upload.

How do I order custom print products?

Visit our Create Your Own page. All products listed can be customized with your own photo. Just click the product you want, choose your size/type on the product page and get customizing!

How long will my order take?

Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days. Depending on when the order is placed and type of product purchased, it could ship even sooner. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way to you along with a tracking number.

Will my print come out exactly as I see it on my computer?

Not exactly but very close. Computer/Phone/Tablet monitors display colors differently than how a photo is printed, so there are always marginal variances in color tone & saturation. Our expert team of designers and print technicians works closely with each and every print to ensure it looks as amazing as beautiful as possible.

If we are concerned you won't like your print, we'll reach out to you and let you know our suggestions to fix it. We don't like to manipulate your photo too much without your permission.

Some products like Slates and Cutting Boards add a natural filter or texture over the photo when completed. These are detailed on each product page and are unavoidable as it is part of the nature and appeal of the product.

How do I clean my picture?

To keep your canvas photo looking it's best, carefully vacuum with a curtain nozzle to remove dust, or wipe with a lightly damp cloth. Do not rub too hard as the inks will scratch or come off if they are abused.

Most other products can be cleaned with a damp wash cloth. See your specific products detail page for any special cleaning instructions.

My order was delivered damaged. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Though we protect our each print as carefully as possible for shipping, damage does occur at times during transit.

What is your return/refund policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not, we will gladly provide a reprint or refund of your purchase price within 30 days of receipt of your product. Please follow the direction on our Returns page to initiate a return.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Our shipping charges, when applicable, are at flat rate prices. Please refer to the table below for pricing details.

Overnight and Priority shipping is also available in most regions. Please note that shipping options do not affect the time it takes to process your order, and shipping charges are calculated based upon the shipping address entered at checkout.

For security reasons, we are unable to hold orders for pick up at our manufacturing plant.
