How do I redeem my Groupon?

Step 1




Step 1: Click the Redeem Groupon button and review our image guidelines before selecting your image to upload. Larger files will take longer to upload, so please be patient.

Step 2




Step 2: Select your Product, Orientation, Size, and Border Type (if applicable) and then crop your image accordingly. Click the Save Image button at the bottom of the page to proceed.

Step 3: Choose any options you would like to add to your order and then click the Add to Basket button to view your cart. If you are done shopping, you will click the Checkout button to continue.

Step 4





Step 4: Enter your Redemption Code into the Redemption Coupon field and click the button. Then fill out your shipping/billing information before clicking the PLACE ORDER button. That's it!



Where can I locate my Groupon Redemption Code?

Upon purchasing your Groupon, a PDF should have been emailed to you. This PDF contains your Redemption Code. Be sure to enter your Redemption Code during checkout and not the Groupon Number.

You can also log into your Groupon account at groupon.com/mygroupons to view a list of all Groupons that you have purchased. Locate the Picture It On Canvas Groupon and click on the View Voucher button to print the PDF.


Can I redeem more than one Groupon?

While customers can purchase more than one Groupon, they can only use one per transaction here at Picture It On Canvas. For example, you are not allowed to combine two or three Groupons and order a super large canvas print. You Groupon is essentially a store credit. This means you can buy anything we sell and pay the difference (if any). However, remember we do not carry forward any balances on unused Groupon amounts. So, try to use it all in one transaction.

Please note:

  • Additional coupons can be used as gifts.
  • Groupon coupons cannot be combined with any other offer including other Groupon coupons.
  • Groupon coupons cannot be redeemed together in one order to save on shipping. You may use them separately in separate orders.
  • There is not a limit to the amount of Groupon's redeemed per household. If placing multiple orders for the same household, please use only one person's name to speed up the production process and to avoid confusion.

Q: Can I upgrade to a larger size canvas?

A: Yes. You can use your voucher against the canvas size on offer or you can upgrade to a larger size and only pay the difference.

Q: Why is my Groupon code not working?

A: Please be sure the validity date on your Groupon is current. Typically, Groupon's are not able to be redeemed for a few days after they are purchased.

Q: What can I do if my Groupon has expired?

A: If your Groupon has expired, it is now worth what you paid for it. For example, if you purchased your Groupon for $39, your discount when entering the code after the expiration date is $39. Please follow the same process outlined above to redeem your Groupon.

Q: How do I redeem an expired Groupon?

A: Redeeming an expired Groupon is the same process as redeeming a valid Groupon. Please follow the same process outlined above to redeem your Groupon.
Note: Multiple expired Groupons can be redeemed in a single order. For example, if you have 3 expired Groupons, you can redeem all 3 in a single order. You cannot combine multiple valid Groupons in a single order.
