An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. This email will include your order details and Order Invoice number. You can use your Order Invoice number on our Order Status page to track the status of your order through the entire production and delivery process. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours (2 business days) of your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to your request right away.
Typically your order will ship within 2-5 business days depending on volume and product purchased. Once it ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipping usually takes 6-10 days to arrive using standard delivery. All orders are shipping from our Poway, CA facility utilizing UPS or USPS. Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. Please see Shipping and Order Processing Holidays for exceptions.
No orders are processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays or company closures (listed below). Expedited shipping such as "Next Day Air" does not expedite the 2-5 business day production process. Your order will be shipped at the expedited level once it has finished production. If you wish to expedite the production process, you must choose the "rush" option when making your purchase. Expedited shipping methods may not be available to all locations and addresses and we cannot be responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen or misdirected shipments by the carrier.
Our shipping charges, when applicable, are at flat rate prices. Our shipping products will vary from small magnets to large canvas clusters. Because of those variables, we recommend that you place a mock order to get the most accurate shipping costs. No purchase is necessary to calculate shipping charges. You can generate your own price quote by adding the items you are considering for purchase to your shopping cart. Proceed to Check Out; add shipping and billing address to generate shipping estimates. Rest assured that you will not be charged unless you click Complete Order. No credit card information is necessary to calculate shipping. The initial charge for shipping will be calculated by the item with the most weight. Once you have entered the requested information needed to provide estimate, the various available shipping options and relative pricing will be displayed. This page will also provide you with overall price for your order, including tax (if applicable) and shipping. Sales tax applies to orders shipped to California and New Jersey.
The cart does not reflect customs duties for internationally bound packages ordered through the Picture it on Canvas site. For more information on import taxes, please contact your local customs office.

*Additional products will require additional shipping costs. Costs are dependent upon total weight, size of combined products and shipping destination.
Overnight and Priority shipping is also available in most regions. Please note that shipping options do not affect the time it takes to process your order, and shipping charges are calculated based upon the shipping address entered at checkout. For security reasons, we are unable to hold orders for pick up at our manufacturing plant.
We also offer Rush services, which will expedite production time. Your print will be processed and shipped as priority over non-rush orders. Orders with rush will be shipped in 3-5 business days after any requested design work and/or electronic proof.

Items being shipped outside the USA will be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as imposed by the country the product is being imported to. The customer (the person importing the product) is responsible to pay the import duties and taxes incurred by customs when the product reaches the country of destination. Picture It On Canvas is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred by the importation of products into countries other than the USA. The customer is responsible to pay all duties, taxes, and tariffs as billed by the courier and imposed by the customs and import department of their respective country. If you have any questions about our International Shipping Policy, please contact email@example.com. Once again, Picture It On Canvas is not responsible to pay the import duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed when ordering or importing products into countries other than the USA. Picture It On Canvas is required by law to declare full value (purchase price) of the product on any waybills or customs documentation.
