Shipping & Returns

We strive to provide an expedited production process while still maintaining the high quality hand crafted products you know and love.


All orders with standard shipping must be placed on or before Monday, December 8 to ensure delivery by December 24. Rushed orders with expedited two or one day shipping must be placed by Friday, December 12 for delivery by December 24.

Any reprint requests on or after December 5th, will experience a delay in processing and delivery. These orders are expected to be delivered after Christmas.

Order Status and Confirmation

An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. This email will include your order details and Order Invoice number. You can use your Order Invoice number on our Order Status page to track the status of your order through the entire production and delivery process. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours (2 business days) of your order, please email and we will respond to your request right away.

Order Tracking

Typically your order will ship within 2-5 business days depending on volume and product purchased. Once it ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipping usually takes 6-10 days to arrive using standard delivery. All orders are shipping from our Poway, CA facility utilizing UPS or USPS. Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. Please see Shipping and Order Processing Holidays for exceptions.

No orders are processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays or company closures (listed below). Expedited shipping such as "Next Day Air" does not expedite the 2-5 business day production process. You order will be shipped at the expedited level once it has finished production. If you wish to expedite the production process, you must choose the "rush" option when making your purchase. Expedited shipping methods may not be available to all locations and addresses and we cannot be responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

Our shipping charges, when applicable, are at flat rate prices. Please refer to the table below for pricing details.

Overnight and Priority shipping is also available in most regions. Please note that shipping options do not affect the time it takes to process your order, and shipping charges are calculated based upon the shipping address entered at checkout. For security reasons, we are unable to hold orders for pick up at our manufacturing plant.

Initiate a return by following the instructions below. We will work to quickly fix the issue or refund your order.

If you are unhappy with the color of your print or your print was damaged on delivery, we may require you to provide pictures of the print received to resolve the issue

Unhappy with the print or size? Order the wrong thing? Want to return it? No Problem! Contact our Customer Support team and we will make sure you get the perfect print.

  • Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date the order was delivered for a reprint or refund. The delivery date is detailed on the tracking label from by the shipping provider.
  • Refunds will not be provided for products damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. Products must be in the condition you received them.
  • If your order is refunded, only the amount paid on will be refunded to the credit card used on your order, minus any expedited or international shipping fees.

Refund Restrictions

  • Design service fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to: collage, digital textures, adding text, backplates, proofs, restoration and photo manipulation. Fees are also not transferable to a reprint of a new image for a new product.
  • We cannot refund amounts paid to third-party partners for coupons or vouchers redeemable on You must contact the third-party you purchased the coupon/voucher from to receive your refund.
  • Expedited and international shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping and Order Processing Holidays

Orders can be submitted via our website, but will not be processed, delivered or counted as in-transit on the following major holidays and company closures:

  • New Year's Day (January 1st)
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • The Friday After Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve (December 24th)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)
  • Day After Christmas (December 26)

International Orders

Items being shipped outside the USA will be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as imposed by the country the product is being imported to. The customer (the person importing the product) is responsible to pay the import duties and taxes incurred by customs when the product reaches the country of destination. Speck is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred by the importation of products into countries other than the USA. The customer is responsible to pay all duties, taxes, and tariffs as billed by the courier and imposed by the customs and import department of their respective country. Speck is required by law to declare full value (purchase price) of the product on any waybills or customs documentation.
