By uploading a digital file to Picture It On Canvas, you certify that you are either the sole owner of any and all reproduction rights, or have obtained proper reproduction rights or permission from the owner of your uploaded files.

Q: My original file is still too small, or I cannot get the original file.

A:Unfortunately, we cannot print low resolution files. If you zoom in on the image, you can see the image looks boxy aka pixelated. The quality is not recommended for the size you ordered. We recommend selecting a different image.

Q: I really want this file printed regardless of the quality. Is that okay?

A: In some cases, we can proceed with the low resolution image. You will have to give us your consent and understanding that the image will be lower quality than we recommend. We only do this as the last option, so we suggest looking for an alternative image first.
